Refund & Shipping Policy

This Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Website
1. SHIPPING POLICY
a) We currently ship across India through reputed logistics providers.
b) Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days depending on location.
c) Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on promotional basis.
d) Delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
2. ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Tracking information may take 24 hours to update.
3. RETURN POLICY
a) Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
b) Products purchased during sales, clearance, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
c) To initiate a return, please contact support@ektaara.co.in with your order number and reason for return.
4. REFUND POLICY
) Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
b) Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
c) Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Reverse pickup charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY
At present, direct exchanges are not offered. Customers are requested to place a new order for the desired item and return the existing one as per the return policy.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped. After dispatch, cancellations will not be possible.
